Step down the AC 380V power supply to AC 36V three-phase through the transformer, and connect them to the three rails respectively (add a conductive rail). In the electrical box, the three-phase AC 36V is boosted to three-phase AC 380V through the step-up transformer, and then the AC metallurgical motor is controlled by the AC control system to make the transfer cart start, stop, advance, and retreat. The operating system of the electric transfer cart is 36V low-voltage electricity. KPDS series rail transfer cart is mainly suitable for indoor working environment, the load is generally more than 50t, the working frequency is higher and the working intensity is higher.
