Product introduction
RGV stands for Rail Guided Vehicle. RGV can be used in all kinds of high-density storage warehouses, the RGV passage can be designed arbitrarily long, can improve the storage capacity of the whole warehouse, and in operation without forklift into the tunnel, so that its safety will be higher.
In structure, RGV is mainly composed of frame, driving wheel, following wheel, front and rear bumper, chain conveyor, communication system, electrical system and each cover plate. RGV has simple structure, strong anti-interference ability to the external environment, broad requirements for operators, strong operation stability, relatively few failures, relatively low overall maintenance cost and high reliability. Because RGV can only walk on the track, it is relatively difficult to transform the RGV route once it is determined, so its adaptability to the use place and its own expansibility are relatively general.
