Assembly Line Electric Flatbed Platform Material Handling Rail Ferry Transfer Trolley with limitation of cable, it can get power from railways in any time. However, it is has strict requirement for the railways, which have to be insulated. (its rails is insulated with the ground, and its wheels are insulated with the ground.)
Working Principle--- Rail Ferry Transport Trolley
The power source AC380v is transformed into AC36v two-phase and are respectively connected to the two rails. Then the wheels conduct the AC36v on rail into the electrical appliance box at the bottom of the transport trolley, and then the AC36v is transformed into DC36v and then control the DC motor through the DC control system to make the ferry transport trolley start, stop, go forward and backward.

2. Turning
This series of rail ferry transport trolleys have the function of running on S-shaped, C-shaped, curved rails, etc.
3. Lift
The hydraulic lift system can be installed on the ferry transport trolley to achieve lifting and other functions
4. Side Flip
The transfer trolleys can realize self-discharging by the hydraulic device
5. Safety Devices
Safety devices can be installed on the rail ferry transport trolley, for example, proximity switches, dead man stop, alarm systems, buffers to achieve the corresponding safety functions.
